    This Construction Administrative Assistant will assist the Vice President in all aspects of administration and back-office functions. The potential candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional phone skills are required as well as the ability to professionally communicate and interact throughout multiple business levels.
