Produce semi-annually system capacity records for the voice switch and remotes as applicable. Monitor all local communication systems to facilitate reliable base communications using government-supplied AISs (i.e., CiscoWorks, Solarwinds) to provide alerts, warnings, or compare activity to baselines and share results with 14 CS/CFP.
