Project management principles will need to be applied. Individual will also use an understanding of the science to identify and convey relationships and integration among research projects even when not directly defined by investigators and programs (e.g., dependencies, resource needs, schedule impacts). Responsibilities also include the review of research proposals for scientific and programmatic merit. Coordination with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., research performers, contracting activities, other DoD and federal offices) is required.
