Day shift: C-shift: Thurs, Fri, Sat, and every other Wed from 6:45am - 7:15pm Night shift (16% pay differential):  D-shift: Wed, Thurs, Fri, and every other Sat from 6:45pm - 7:15am B-shift: Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Sat from 6:45pm - 7:15amsalary: $20 - $22 per hourshift: Thirdwork hours: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AMeducation: High` SchoolResponsibilitiesWhen you are in the wet lab, you will: Get wafers from unit parts or external customers Conduct delayering or reverse engineering  Shave down the die (individual wafer cubes) to get to the part where the defect is They use liquids/chemicals and microscopes to look at circuitry and assess Send defects to main lab to determine the specific error When you are in the main lab, you will: Use SEM (2D view) and/or FIBS (3D view) to identify what the defect is Provide failing info to customer and give suggestions on how to proceed Verify changes in unit parts’ manufacturing processes to determine if changes are sound/an improvement Training (3-6 months) Given an intro where they read technical/scientific material Assigned to a senior/master tech that works with them for about a month After that, hands on for the rest of the duration (talent motivated from here on out) After one year or when fully proficient in one area, learns other roles (cross-training) The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentworking up to 8 hrs of overtime per weekworking weekendsSkillsQuality AssuranceInspectionMonitorin
