    The Senior Contract Specialist provides support to the Procurement department, which provides services for the Client on an enterprise level. The department works closely with internal customers and colleagues to understand business requirements for goods and services and to fulfill those needs in all areas of indirect spend; this includes information technology, professional services, facilities, equipment, and supplies. The Procurement Specialist will focus on the administration, management, and negotiation of complex and/or high dollar acquisitions in these areas. Requires a minimum of 5-6 years of advanced contracting/sourcing experience with mastery of strategic and tactical procurement principles, practices, and models Bachelors degree and CPSM certification is preferred but not required Experience in other disciplines is preferred but not required (e.g., Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) Broad knowledge of the technical industry for rolse focused on information technology salary: $63 - $68 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorResponsibilities Follows the established procurement protocol to serve each area’s needs.
