This team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of post-trade activities supporting the organization’s investment and liquidity management strategies. This role sits at the center of treasury operations, partnering with internal stakeholders, custodians, and counterparties to help ensure transactions settle accurately and operational risk is effectively managed. Successful candidates typically bring experience working with custodians in a banking or broker/dealer environment, familiarity with collateral management and derivatives, and comfort navigating financial systems and market infrastructure such as Bloomberg, SWIFT, or trade order management platforms. Coordinate with custodian banks and counterparties to ensure timely and accurate settlement of cash and securities transactions. Monitor and manage collateral requirements for repos, secured loans, and derivatives, ensuring compliance with margin and eligibility requirements. Maintain accurate trade, settlement, and accounting data, while identifying opportunities to improve data quality and automate processes. Support the development and maintenance of internal controls that safeguard corporate assets and strengthen operational oversight. Investigate and resolve trade or settlement discrepancies, minimizing operational disruptions. Contribute to system enhancements, process improvements, and operational projects within Treasury Settlement Services.
