Large Dataset Management: Proficiency in reconciling and managing high-volume, complex financial data with extreme accuracy. Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Finance, Accounting, or Business Operations. THE ROLE We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Finance Associate for a critical four-month engagement. You will provide essential support to finance and business operations teams, focusing on time-bound deliverables and operational priorities. This role is designed for a self- starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can deliver accurate financial insights to drive informed decision-making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support recurring finance activities, including quarterly close processes and financial reporting. Develop and maintain trackers and dashboards to streamline operational workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally to validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Manage budget tracking, purchase order coordination, and invoice reconciliation. Document processes and contribute to the improvement of reporting mechanisms.
