Accounts Receivable: Generate invoices, track payments, and manage collections. AIA Billing: Prepare and submit AIA (American Institute of Architects) progress billings. Lien Management: Handle Request for Lien Releases, Notice of Commencements, and Notice to Owners (NTOs). Payroll: Process payroll accurately and on schedule. Certified Payroll and Davis Bacon Wages experience is highly beneficial. Banking & Reconciliation: Perform remote deposits into bank accounts and QuickBooks, and conduct thorough bank and credit card reconciliations. Subcontractor Payments: Manage and process payments to subcontractors. Digital Filing: Maintain organized and accurate digital financial records. Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
