Works closely with vendors, purchasing agents, receiving, and accounting personnel to resolve problems and disputes. Keys/ scans invoices into PeopleSoft, prepares month and journal entries, match checks to paid invoice back up, and files A/P paid files. Supports A/P Manager and Grady A/P department processing travel reimbursements , audit request and all other duties assigned. Provide the highest level of customer Service to internal / external customers. Required: Through knowledge of basic accounting procedures, . Hands- on experience with accounting bookkeeping software is necessary. Intermediate MS excel skilld inckuding VLookups and pivot tables.
