In this pivotal support position, you will have functional authority over the coordination and supervision of engineering activities, including budgeting, planning, and organizational implementation. You will serve as the primary link between customer needs and our production capabilities. Program Management: Manage all plant engineering activities, including product design and cost estimating. Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend new technologies and participate in internal problem-solving activities. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering management. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of molds, machines, auxiliary equipment, and materials. Communication: Effective communicator with the ability to interface with customers, vendors, and associates at all levels. Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex problem-solving activities under tight deadlines. Computer Literacy: Proficient in using personal computers and network environments.
