Team Leadership & Supervision Directly supervise, train, and mentor administrative support staff members (e.g., Receptionist/Admin Assistant). Manage the direct report’s workflow, approving timecards, time-off requests, and conducting annual performance reviews. Ensure the front-desk/reception area is consistently covered and reflects a professional corporate image. 2. Escalation Management & Conflict Resolution Act as the first line of defense for escalated situations, including difficult client calls, vendor disputes, or internal scheduling conflicts that the direct report cannot resolve. Investigate and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks or errors, providing solutions that prevent recurrence. Maintain composure under pressure, de-escalating tense situations with professionalism and empathy. 3. Office Operations & Facilities Oversee day-to-day facility needs, including coordinating with property management, cleaning crews, and maintenance vendors in Warwick. Manage the office budget for supplies, equipment, and employee perks; negotiate contracts with local vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
