job summary: We are looking for an Identity and Access Management Analyst for a long term contract opportunity in Nashville, TN for an incredible organization. location: Nashville, Tennessee job type: Contract salary: $30 - 33 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Administration of accounts in Active Directory, AB Applications, and unstructured files and foldersAdministration of IAM technologies and workflowsMaintenance of supporting process and procedure documentationPrompt reporting, remediation, and prevention of incidentsReconciliation of orphaned identitiesSupporting Information Risk Management leadership with compliance/audit tasks and other duties as assignedImproving Identity and Access Management processes and integrations.Troubleshooting access and account related issues.Coordinating with the IAM technology teams in relation to IAM technologies and processesCoordinate with the Information Security team in relation to IAM risk and mitigation qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceA minimum of 3 to 5 years of verifiable or demonstrated experience in Identity and Access Management or equivalent IT services, preferably in Information SecurityUnderstanding of the IAM Lifecycle: Joiner, Mover, LeaverExperience in Active Directory (AD) user and group administration (Preferably using Active Roles Server)Robust analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools such as MS Excel (e.g. pivot tables, etc.) Preferred Team management/leadershipSplunk or other SIEM solutionVaronis DataAdvantage File Governance or other similar file governance solutionIdentity Management (IDM) and Identity Governance (IGA) solutions (e.g. SailPoint)Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions (e.g. CyberArk)C-CureIT and/or Security certifications skills: Ability to use and navigate Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint) for collaboration and documentation.Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written; Ability to adjust communication style/content to efficiently engage their specific audience.
