Manage and track customer accounts, ensuring timely payment of invoices and addressing any discrepancies. Perform data entry for new vendor setups and update existing vendor information as needed. Handle communication with clients regarding late payments and resolve any billing issues. Generate and send invoices to customers based on purchase orders (PO's). Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Assist with other accounting tasks, such as payables, as needed.
