Payment Cycles: Prepare and execute weekly payment runs across multiple channels including ACH, wire transfers, checks, and credit card payments. Vendor Management: Onboard new vendors, collect Form W-9s, maintain clean master records, and resolve billing discrepancies or inquiries promptly. Expense & Credit Cards: Audit and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card statements for compliance with travel and entertainment (T&E) policies. Month-End Close Support: Assist with closing activities by preparing AP accruals, reconciling vendor statements, and balancing the AP aging report to the general ledger. Compliance & Tax: Maintain strict adherence to internal financial controls and assist with the preparation and filing of annual 1099 tax forms.
