Actively pursue overdue accounts through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence to collect outstanding payments, and escalate as needed per collections policy. Ensure timely and accurate application of daily cash receipts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions. New customer setup and onboarding. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies related to invoices and payments. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address billing issues and maintain good customer relations. Generate regular reports and analysis on accounts receivable and aging reports. Monitor credit checks for current customers, work on improving the A/R cycle as needed and working to establish more efficient controls and processes.
