Our client is seeking an HR Manager to bring on to the team in a quickly growing company that is currently at approximately 40 employees.  This is an ONSITE role located in Northlake region of Charlotte.  Hybrid nor remote work will not be considered.  Ideally, we would like to see someone with a SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.  Benefits start the first of the month of the following month after start date which includes medical, dental, vision and 401K, PTO, and 9 holidays!salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Employee Lifecycle: Manage onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and exit interviews to support retention.
