Seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for an events and services manufacturer in the Englewood area! For more details on the position and company, please apply!salary: $52,000 - $62,400 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesRevenue Management : • Support and advise the CEO and Administration Leader on all matters related to cash inflows. • Review client contracts and verify transaction information. • Maintain client job files from the time the project is sold to the final invoice issued. • Work with A/P Lead and Account Managers to confirm that all show and show site Change Orders are included in the final billing. • Work with Accounts Payable lead to review any open Purchase Orders before preparing final invoices. • Post payments to reflect Cash collected and A/R Payments received. Client Management • Work with executive management on credit creditworthiness of new clients. • Every month, issue an A/R Aging Report to any clients that have a Past Due balance. • Contact clients before shipment of exhibit properties should terms dictate payment due prior to shipping. Sales Interactions • Issue Deposit invoices immediately upon receipt of the signed contract and record in the accounting system. • At the beginning of each week, issue an A/R Aging Report to individual AE’s. • Review final invoices with the Account Executive before issuance to clients. Skills and Experience: • +2-3 Years Minimum Experience • NetSuite Account Software is a plus or other accounting software. • Reporting • strong Excel user. • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. • Knowledge of and experience in bookkeeping.
