Your expertise in accounts payable processes, vendor management, and financial analysis will contribute to the collaborative's success. location: Dallas, Texas job type: Permanent salary: $90,000 - 110,000 per year work hours: 8 to 5 education: Bachelor's degree experience: 5 Years responsibilities: Lead the accounts payable team in processing and verifying invoices, expense reports, and payments across the collaborative's practices.Develop and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data security.Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, answer inquiries, and ensure timely payments.Oversee the accurate recording and coding of expenses and invoices into the accounting system.Monitor and manage the accounts payable aging to ensure timely payments and minimize delinquencies.Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and process improvements.Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency within the accounts payable function.Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on vendor relationships and financial strategies. qualifications: Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems.
