We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager with construction and/or real estate remodeling background to join our team on a part-time, contractual basis in the Minneapolis, MN area - This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a real estate rehabilitation project from initial planning to completion. This includes managing project budgets, coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and resolving/troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the project. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5+ years background in real estate development and/or construction, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for detail.  This role will only require 10-15 hours of work weekly (during 1st shift, normal business hours).
