Quality Assurance Supervisor Department: Quality Assurance Location: Norcross, GAPosition Overview We are looking for a QA & Document Control Specialist to maintain central quality databases, manage our Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, track KPIs, and ensure compliance across all facilities, customer portals, and supplier networks.Key Responsibilities Database & QA Analytics: Maintain central specifications, customer portals (Retail/Foodservice), and QA databases. Log, track, and analyze QA KPIs to generate trend reports. Document Control: Manage the QMS document control module, facilitate system migrations, and deploy corporate policies to facilities, suppliers, and co-manufacturers. Train teams on creating SOPs and forms. Compliance & Audits: Administer bi-annual FDA facility registrations. Assist with GFSI and plant audit prep. Coordinate regular traceability/recall testing. CAPA & Quality Assurance: Track corrective actions for non-compliance across corporate and subsidiary sites. Ensure raw materials and process inputs meet company quality standards. Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with QA and Marketing on special studies and product updates. Key Qualifications Experience in QA, QMS, or Document Control within Food & Beverage manufacturing. Familiarity with GFSI standards (SQF/BRC), Gluten-Free certifications, and FDA regulations. Skills in data entry, database management, Excel/reporting tools, and root-cause analysis.
