job summary: The Project Manager I oversees the planning, implementation and tracking of specific projects; defining the beginning, end and specified deliverables. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Defines the scope of the project in collaboration with management. ? Researches and acquires working knowledge of subject matter. ? Creates a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. ? Determines the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project. ? Develops a schedule and detailed timeline for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities. ? Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field of study; plus a minimum of two (2) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. ? Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products. This may include printing operations, and or solutions for managing compliance contracts. ? Insurance industry experience a plus. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS: ? PMP certification is a plus. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: ?
