Expert knowledge of finish products and finishing tasks, processes, and         applications. Ensure management control sample storage for current or completed projects. Manage Quality Control audits for defect and repairs as needed throughout the finishing process. Maintain and adjust finish shop equipment to maximize production and minimize   downtime. Arrange shop shift personnel layout, and staffing logistics/schedule to increase output for production. Ensure finish shop employees follow company safety policy including but not limited to PPE & equipment usage. Monitor inventory usage of finish supplies, scan out supplies from inventory per project.   Generate finish shop supply requisitions timely in Go Canvas to ensure materials are available when required. Prepare tallies of wood inventory for projects and submit Go- Canvas reports. Submit Daily Production reports daily.
