Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Political Science, or a related field. Regional Mobility: Must be comfortable traveling frequently between our North Austin and Taylor locations. External & Brand Impact: Support press materials, community updates, and stakeholder messaging while ensuring all content adheres to corporate standards and strategic priorities. Executive Storytelling: Develop high-level presentations, briefing documents, and materials for senior leadership. Program & Project Management Operational Excellence: Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional workflows using project trackers and reporting dashboards to evaluate effectiveness. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with HR, Operations, EHS, and Government Relations to ensure messaging consistency and streamlined internal processes. Executive & Government Relations Support Leadership Support: Provide direct assistance to the Head of Communications, including preparing briefing materials, speech drafting, and managing sensitive correspondence. Administrative & Financial Coordination: Manage complex calendars, meeting requests, expenses, mileage, and departmental finances. Event & Engagement Support End-to-End Planning: Execute internal and external events, including site tours, community engagements, and government relations activities. Logistics: Manage vendor coordination, run-of-show development, and on-site execution at both North Austin and Taylor facilities.
