File Lifecycle Management: Oversee case files from inception to resolution, ensuring all digital and physical documents are indexed, scanned, and filed correctly. Drafting & Preparation: Assist attorneys by drafting, proofreading, and finalizing basic legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery materials. Clerical Operations: Manage the daily office flow, including professional phone coverage, mail distribution, and high-volume scanning/filing. Calendar & Deadline Tracking: Use Microsoft Outlook and Excel to manage attorney calendars, track critical deadlines, and maintain accurate status reports. Professional Liaison: Act as a dependable point of contact for clients and third parties, providing professional updates and coordinating meetings or depositions. Meeting & Hearing Prep: Support the legal team by preparing binders, exhibits, and necessary materials for all legal proceedings.
