Direct Hire Opportunity! We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Sales Representative to manage and grow our presence in the Memphis area and surrounding region. This role is primarily focused on building and nurturing client relationships and consulting on custom projects. Note: All leads are prequalified by the marketing team and placed directly on the Sales Representative's schedule. This role requires no door-to-door sales. Sales and Client-Facing Skills Relationship Building: The primary focus is on building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Consultative Sales: Ability to manage the full sales cycle, conduct in-depth consultations, and advise clients on the best course of action. Active Listening and Communication: Effectively understanding client needs for both indoor and outdoor residential remodel projects. Technical and Financial Skills Budgeting and Education: Expertise in educating consumers on project pricing and budgeting is a core responsibility. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of home remodeling processes, materials, and the scope of high-value residential projects. Integrity and Advisement: Being comfortable and honest in advising clients. Professional and Organizational Skills Self-Management: The role is mainly remote, requiring strong self-discipline and organizational skills. Time Management: Ability to manage scheduled, prequalified leads effectively. Team Collaboration: Willingness to check in with the team at the office 1-2 days a week. salary: $50,000 - $80,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Manage the full sales cycle within the assigned Memphis territory.
