We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to manage plant-wide procurement and support our financial operations. Financial Accuracy: Assign GL account numbers, determine tax liabilities on requisitions, and manage petty cash. Accountability: Review and prioritize all plant-related invoices; research and resolve order, receipt, and invoice discrepancies. Collaboration: Assist the Receiving Coordinator with packing slips and work closely with Accounts Payable to troubleshoot backorders or receipt issues. Reporting: Prepare purchasing reports and conduct research projects for the Division Accountant. Qualifications Experience: 1+ year in manufacturing/warehouse AND 1+ year in an administrative or coordinator role. Education: High School Diploma or GED. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). SAP experience is a plus.
