A client of ours in the higher education industry is seeking an Executive Assistant to the President/Admissions Clerk. This position is responsible for facilitating electronic and print communication among constituencies, supporting and documenting decision-making, event-planning, and data collection and tracking and assisting the Director of Admission in communications and tracking of candidates. This position is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitive benefits and salary package. salary: $38,000 - $45,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Effectively organize and carry out responsibilities for the operation of the President's Office. Provide information to others as requested by the President. Assist trustees, staff, faculty, administration, and others. Maintain the President's appointment/travel schedule. Taking minutes at the meetings of the Executive Committee, Board of Trustees and other Board committees as needed. Coordinate the President's Report and daily correspondence and communications. Answering the phone, taking and relaying messages and responding to requests for assistance. Prepare reconciliation statements for credit cards and cash expenditures on a needed basis. Preparing RFPP's for payment of services or goods as bills are received. Duplicating/scanning materials as requested. Assisting with duties on the switchboard and in the mailroom as requested. Arranging conference or Zoom calls for the President and other administration as requested. Ordering, picking up and setting up meals for luncheons or other special occasions. Organize and complete mailings to organizations to promote the company and help with recruiting efforts. Respond to inquiries to support the Director of Admissions when on recruitment trips. Run reports on software to assist admissions office with communication with inquiries and candidates. Assist Director of Admissions on tracking deadlines for marketing and advertising.
