Mediate workplace conflicts and facilitate communication between staff and management. Support performance management processes, including PIPs and disciplinary actions. Assist with benefits administration and employee support during open enrollment. Maintain employee records in Dayforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Ensure compliance with employment laws at all levels to minimize legal risks. Support employee engagement efforts such as wellness programs and recognition events. Manage summer internship and high school scholarship programs. Collaborate on HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Support all plant hiring activities: job postings, screening, interviews, and selection. Coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
