Our client is a leading healthcare company looking for a Subject Matter Expert (Clerical) in Richmond, CA. This is a fully onsite position. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience is required. In this role, your main responsibilities will include event coordination, data entry and analysis, collaborating with stakeholders, and reviewing processes for compliance. Maintaining database that houses activities. Even coordiantions; coordinates conference rooms and catering for all events. Works independently to manage documentation for CME certified activities, maintaining e-files and the regional database that houses activities, attendance, and credit data for all Sacramento Valley learners. Accountable for tracking and accuracy. Prepare the annual and ongoing schedule of activities, entering Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) into the Learning Management System and maintain updates for all changes that occur in each series/session. Collaborate with physician planners to prepare surveys and learning assessments for physician learners to provide feedback and outcomes measures for CME certified events. Vets and mitigates slide presentations and speaker disclosures. Prepares agendas, handouts, and flyers for CME approved education. Communicates with physician planners on a regular basis regarding CME events to complete the planning process, compliance with standards and logistical preparation. Train physician planners and admins in all elements of the CME process, documentation, evaluation, and accreditation. Coordinates conference rooms and catering for all events.
