Job Summary The Investigative Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, triaging and prioritizing reported incidents or inquiries directed to the Global Investigations & Intelligence team. - Make risk-based decisions to determine next steps on requests and conduct investigations when required. - Collect evidence related to any court orders or requests from third parties for information from lululemon, while ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the results. - Review CCTV of stores and facilities for evidence - Lead and support ad hoc OSINT requests from internal and external stakeholders - Complete investigative reports and provide recommendations when required. - Support the development and implementation of processes and procedures with the Global Investigations & Intelligence and Asset Protection teams - Conduct quality assurance audits to support department SLAs and compliance - Review exception reports for concerns of employee misconduct, dishonesty and/or policy violations - Review transaction information into allegations of criminal activity or - Provide support to the physical security and intelligence portfolio when required - Liaise with law enforcement on a regular basis - Lead investigations and take action to mitigate financial, operational and reputational risks. - Conduct data entry ensuring the integrity and validity of information received and disclosed. - Maintain datasets/tracking spreadsheets to assist in determining the efficiency and work load of the Global Investigations & Intelligence team. Job Requirements Eligibility ? Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States ? Must have the ability to travel when required 10 Schedule/Availability ? The work schedule is Monday to Friday ? In addition, the Investigative Coordinator may be required to work evenings and weekends to support internal and external stakeholders Experience ? 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations) ? Some experience in fraud analysis, risk management or investigations is a nice to have Job Assets (i.e., nice to have; not required) ? Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above ? Experience: 2 years of retail/sales leadership experience (supervisor or people management not necessary; examples: leading delegated assignments/tasks, mentoring or assisting peers) ? Skills: 1-2 years of data entry, report writing, Microsoft excel, ability to work independently or on a team, ? Knowledge of the Canadian and/or US criminal law ?
