We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to support a high-visibility business transformation initiative. This individual will be responsible for driving organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and user adoption as new processes, tools, and ways of working are introduced across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can influence at all levels of an organization while turning complex change initiatives into actionable plans that employees and leaders can successfully embrace.salary: $75 - $80 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: AssociateResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Be Doing Lead change management activities throughout the full project lifecycle Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans Conduct stakeholder assessments and identify impacted groups Evaluate organizational readiness and develop adoption plans Create communication strategies, messaging, and engagement campaigns Partner closely with leadership teams, HR, project managers, and business stakeholders Develop leader toolkits, talking points, FAQs, and support materials Identify change risks, resistance points, and mitigation strategies Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions Gather employee feedback and adjust strategies as needed Track adoption metrics and readiness indicators Support long-term sustainment efforts following implementation What We're Looking For 7+ years of Change Management, Organizational Development, HR Transformation, Project Management, or related experience Proven experience supporting large-scale business, process, technology, or organizational transformations strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Experience developing communication and adoption strategies Ability to influence leaders and drive alignment across multiple departments strong facilitation, presentation, and consulting skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities strong organizational and project management skills SkillsChange managementProduct ManagementQualificationsYears of experience: 7 yearsExperience level: ManagerRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
