Join our team as a Purchasing and Sourcing Specialist where you will coordinate the full-cycle purchasing and sourcing process for our global operations. From supplier selection to contract execution, you will play a key role in driving excellence in procurement while preparing quotations for our products, services, and non-standard items. Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial and procurement data to develop negotiation strategies and approve purchasing contracts with optimal terms. Apply sourcing strategies in aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing environments (international experience is a plus). Assist the Purchasing Manager in developing policies and procedures to optimize workflows and cost efficiencies. Maintain accurate MRP inputs, including supplier details, lead times, and pricing. Write specifications, prepare and manage bids, and recommend contract awards based on market analysis. Monitor supplier performance, establish key performance metrics, and address issues with delivery, quality, or pricing. Purchase materials and supplies at the best possible price while maintaining minimal inventory levels. Adapt to changing market conditions to ensure supply chain continuity and quality compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Operations, IT, Finance, R&D, and Marketing to support supply chain activities. Maintain clear records of quotations and follow up as needed. Review and revise customer contracts, terms and conditions, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Ensure timely and accurate information for all quotations, verifying profit margins, validity dates, and market prices. Qualifications: Negotiation skills and experience in procurement. Knowledge of sourcing strategies in aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
