As the Lead, you will coordinate daily assembly activities, ensuring safety and efficiency across the floor. Precision Tooling: Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment. Key Requirements Education: High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training is preferred. Experience: 3–5 years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment. Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with engineering on solutions. Communication: strong interpersonal skills for training staff and reporting to management. Documentation: Diligent in maintaining inspection sheets, production records, and travelers. Physical/Safety: Commitment to enforcing safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.
