We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst 1 to join our team in Columbus, Georgia. You will play an important role in leveraging spend analytics, researching suppliers, and updating our contract management module. salary: $35 - $40 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Assist with the development of category strategies by analyzing spend data and conducting supplier research.Update Ariba's contract management module with fully executed contracts (including Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and Non-disclosure agreements), ensuring data accuracy.Evaluate value propositions from potential suppliers to determine if their solutions align with company needs.Coordinate meetings and discussions with potential suppliers to facilitate the sourcing process.Perform contract management and review purchase orders (PO) and invoices within the SAP Ariba system. Qualifications A background in procurement and a basic understanding of sourcing principles.Experience with end-to-end procurement processes, including data analysis and RFP processing.Experience loading contracts into the SAP Ariba system is required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
