We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Fund Transfer Product Processing Specialist to join our growing team. This position is responsible for accurately processing client cash transactions, including capital stock, expenses, wires, and FX, as well as handling cash clearing account reconciliations, collateral and alternatives transactions, and timely inquiry responses. This is a critical operations role supporting daily financial activities with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction. Client Servicing and Inquiry Response (Approx. 40%) Accurately process various client cash transactions, including capital stock, expenses, wires, book transfers, FX, and expects Ensure all deliverables meet internal controls and service level standards Research and resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally Process transactions related to collateral, alternatives, and blocked accounts Escalate time-sensitive or risk-related issues to management Provide backup support for team members when necessary 2. Technology / Productivity / Innovation (Approx. 25%) Cross-train with colleagues to ensure seamless coverage and support Identify and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency Leverage internal systems and tools effectively to maximize productivity 3. Global Custody Awareness (Approx. 20%) Stay current on global market changes and their impact on settlements and cash processes Monitor and manage cash restrictions, transaction queues, and deadlines across various markets Maintain an understanding of settlement timelines and best practices 4.
