This role involves operating injection molding machines, performing precision inspections, and managing assembly and packaging in both standard and clean room environments. Key Responsibilities Machine Operation: Run complex jobs using auxiliary equipment and hand loads while meeting or exceeding production standards. Quality Control: Identify and report defects (flash, splay, contamination) using magnifying lamps, microscopes, calipers, and micrometers. Technical Tasks: Perform basic ERP software transactions (scrap, downtime, inventory) and update in-process QC records. Setup & Logistics: Prepare workstations, verify labels/work orders, and accurately weigh/count finished goods for shipping. Safety & Maintenance: Support 5S practices, maintain a clean workspace, and assist with training others as needed.
