We are currently looking for an experienced Assembly Technician in North Austin! In this role, you will perform complex electromechanical and intricate component assembly in a cleanroom environment, ensuring all products meet strict quality standards. You'll also be responsible for soldering and reworking components, testing assemblies, and collaborating with our engineering team to improve processes. Assemble intricate mechanical, electrical, and electronic components from start to finish. Follow Build Specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure products conform to specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, ensuring devices meet exact performance standards. Support test procedures in environments involving high pressure (up to 3000 PSI), cryogenics, and microwave systems. Rework and Soldering  Change faulty boards, tablets, subassemblies, and other components for troubleshooting technicians. Rework non-conforming parts by tapping or filing them. Solder through-hole or SMT parts efficiently, ensuring the work is clean and timely. Perform soldering, brazing, welding, and tolerancing on detailed assemblies.
