Sensors & Controls: Installing and calibrating photo-eyes, ultrasonic sensors, and safety light curtains, as well as teaching others the installation process. Coding & HMI: Setting up messages and tweaking parameters on continuous ink jet date coders, alongside navigating and diagnosing Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs). 4+ years of verified industrial maintenance experience focusing on emergency breakdowns, mechanical repairs, and high-speed production line changeovers. Exceptional hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical packaging equipment, filling lines, conveying systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Proficiency programming and working safely with VFDs up to 480V. Ability to work autonomously as a self-directed worker in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often loud manufacturing environment.
