Key Responsibilities Troubleshooting & Repair: Perform hands-on maintenance for production equipment and facility support systems. Predictive Maintenance: Maintain a detailed Action Log for equipment to track repairs and establish future preventive maintenance baselines. Project Support: Participate in plant startup and shutdown activities, including task planning and scheduling. Vendor Liaison: Work with OEMs to obtain parts pricing and repair recommendations. Department Upkeep: Maintain an organized work area, ensuring tools are cared for and supplies are stored properly. Safety First: Incorporate safe practices in every task, complying with all local, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing setting (or an Associate’s degree in a technical discipline). Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience troubleshooting PLCs, instrumentation, and electronics. System Knowledge: Solid understanding of hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment. Tech Savvy: Proficient with computers and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Skills: Basic welding skills are a plus; familiarity with OSHA and environmental regulations is required. Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including shift work, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
