Inspect and verify components for adherence to quality standards and specifications using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers). Perform necessary drilling, tapping, filing, and cleaning of parts as required for assembly. Install fasteners, seals, tubing, and wiring harnesses according to engineering drawings. Operate standard hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Document work performed, including inspection reports and process adherence, utilizing our quality management system. Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to resolve assembly issues and continuously improve processes.
