We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Assembly Team Lead to support and coordinate daily operations of our Assembly Line during the first shift. Reporting to the Area Supervisor, you will lead a team of associates, ensure adherence to quality standards, and maintain efficiency across processes. Your expertise will play a key role in training new team members and maintaining operational excellence through lean manufacturing principles.salary: $50,000 - $52,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 2 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Be proficient in all departmental processes; act as a trainer and mentor for new hires and cross-training initiatives. Ensure timely delivery of components and finished units to meet production schedules. Read and interpret work instructions, product drawings, and special handling sheets (SHS). Use manual/power tools and measuring devices to assemble appliances and perform functional tests. Inspect finished products for quality, identify defects, and manage non-conforming materials appropriately. Rework units as needed to meet quality standards. High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of assembly experience in a manufacturing or HVAC environment. Previous team lead or leadership experience strongly preferred. strong understanding of assembly tools, processes, and work instructions.
