We are seeking a reliable bilingual Forklift Operator / General Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you will split your time between operating material handling equipment and managing general warehouse duties. Because our team is diverse, fluency in both English and Spanish is required to assist with cross-team communication, training, and daily operations. Key Responsibilities / Responsabilidades Clave Safe Forklift Operation: Professionally operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks to move, stack, and retrieve heavy pallets from high-bay racking systems. Shipping & Receiving: Unload inbound freight trucks, verify inventory against packing slips, and stage outbound orders securely onto trailers. Inventory & RF Scanning: Use handheld RF scanners to track product movements, update inventory systems, and accurately pick bulk orders. bilingual Communication: Act as a bridge on the warehouse floor, helping communicate safety protocols, work instructions, and tasks between English and Spanish-speaking team members. High-Rack Storage Management: Safely stack, tier, and retrieve heavy pallets and materials from high-bay racking systems without damaging inventory or infrastructure.
