Servo & Drive Mounting: Install AC Servo motors and drive belts, ensuring proper tension and alignment for high-speed indexing (2 to 7 servos per machine). Pneumatic Integration: Install and route pneumatic motors, drives, manifolds, and hoses. Ensure all air-driven components are leak-free and responsive. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and follow complex mechanical drawings and pneumatic schematics to ensure the machine is built to exact engineering specifications. Independent Problem Solving: Identify the necessary tools and hardware for each build phase. Troubleshoot minor alignment or fitment issues during the assembly process without constant supervision. Quality Verification: Use calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to verify that all mechanical tolerances meet standards.
