Handle a low-maintenance, bi-monthly payroll approval process, coordinate annual benefits enrollment (via TriNet), and manage employee onboarding/offboarding documentation. Contract & Vendor Tracking: Route contracts and project documents for digital signatures (using DocuSign/Adobe), track stakeholder review workflows, schedule vendor meetings, and update project tracking databases. Project Management Assistance: Partner directly with internal Construction/Project Managers to assist with spreadsheet tracking, simple invoice cost reconciliation using Excel, expense forms, and maintaining organizational digital/paper filing systems. General Operations & Support: Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare quarterly board books, provide backup support for social media or website updates, and adapt to ad-hoc operational requests. Public Representation (Future): Assist with public and private history tour requests, eventually growing to lead guided historical tours of a landmark site.
