The Environment: Our facility can be a hot environment where you'll be working around materials like hydraulic fluid and graphite. You will get dirty—this is a shop floor role! The Schedule: Flexibility is key. You must be willing to work every other Saturday as part of our regular operating rhythm. What Makes You the Ideal Candidate? Proven experience managing and leading direct labor teams in a production or manufacturing setting. A quick learner with a demonstrated ability to rapidly grasp complex technical processes.
