About the Role We are seeking a CRC Quality Technician to support our semiconductor manufacturing operations in Taylor. In this role, you will be the gatekeeper of quality and material integrity—managing inventory, performing quality inspections, and processing clean/repair parts. If you have a strong technical aptitude, thrive in structured environments, and love diagnosing or working with hardware and machinery, you'll fit right in. You will play a critical role in keeping our Fab operations running at peak efficiency. Minimum Qualifications Education/Experience: Associate’s degree in a technical field OR equivalent military training and experience. Technical Aptitude: A strong background or interest in hardware, mechanical systems, or equipment maintenance is highly welcome and valued! Software Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets), Word, and inventory tracking databases. Core Knowledge: Basic understanding of inventory management principles (stock rotation, expiration dates, PAR levels). Soft Skills: Sharp attention to detail and a strict commitment to following processes and procedures. Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, walk, and lift/carry loads up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
