Requirements Proven Experience: A background in a production or manufacturing environment is essential. You should be comfortable with the pace and safety standards of a busy floor. Communication: Required. Must be fluent in English and a second language to facilitate clear communication across our diverse team. Technical Literacy: Proficiency with computers is necessary for logging data, tracking inventory, and managing production software. Safety Mindset: You must possess and wear steel-toe boots at all times. Safety is our top priority. Attention to Detail: A "Quality Control" mindset—spotting the small errors that others might miss.
