We are looking for a high-level Industrial Maintenance Technician who thrives at the intersection of mechanical power and electronic control. You won’t just be reacting to breakdowns; you will be the technical lead responsible for optimizing, troubleshooting, and upgrading sophisticated automated systems.salary: $58,000 - $66,500 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Electrical Systems Mastery: Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems ranging from 24VDC control circuits up to 480VAC 3-phase power. PLC Diagnostics: Connect to and troubleshoot Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Omron PLCs. You must be able to perform edits, monitor ladder logic, and diagnose I/O issues to minimize downtime. Automation & Controls: Calibrate and repair VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), HMI panels, sensors, and servo motors. Mechanical Integration: Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems that interface with automated controls. Preventative Maintenance: Execute data-driven PMs to ensure the reliability of robotic cells and high-speed production lines. Blueprint Literacy: Interpret complex electrical schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings for rapid fault isolation.
