We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot our manufacturing equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and be dedicated to ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications High school diploma or GED is required. Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment. strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems (e.g., 24V, 120V, 480V), motors, and controls. Solid understanding of mechanical systems, including gears, bearings, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) is a significant plus. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
