What You'll Bring: We seek a detail-oriented professional with a knack for proactive problem-solving and effective communication. While no specific degree is required, we are looking for a candidate who is ready to take initiative and thrive in a supportive environment. Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to organizational skills, multitasking, and presenting to executive-level audiences. At least 3 years of event planning experience, with a proven ability to manage multiple events from conception to completion. Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially for calendaring, presentations, and data organization. The ability to work effectively in a high-demand setting with competing priorities. salary: $34.54 - $39.54 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesTypical Day in the Role • Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to provide administrative and team support for the PowerPoint and Create teams within the Office Product Group, specifically supporting the Mountain View SVC office. • Key projects: This role will contribute to team support activities, event planning and execution, equipment management, onboarding/offboarding, and managing space logistics due to high demand in the SVC office. • Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of approximately 50% day-to-day team support, 25% event planning and execution, 10-15% calendar or ROB support as needed, and 10% ad hoc tasks. Onboarding/offboarding and hardware renewal are seasonal and automated where possible.
