job summary: A Senior Superintendent / Traveling Superintendent is needed for a leading construction organization in Savannah, GA. The Senior Superintendent will manage the daily planning and execution of complex, large-scale construction projects. This key field leadership role oversees all field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget by expertly managing subcontractor performance and internal field staff. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Superintendent experience for large complex industrial type of works, and a proven track record of successful leadership on major projects. You must demonstrate personal leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to organize people, tools, and equipment effectively to achieve results. Candidates with piling, underground electrical, and large earthwork background are preferred. A living allowance, truck, gas card, and bonus potential will be provided for this opportunity. Our client will consider additional compensation for candidates that would be forfeiting an annual bonus from their current employer.
